Troy grew up in Southern California where nurtured a love for baseball and was
able to attend the University of Arizona. He
began working with Perfect Game in 2017 where he was able to continue working
with his passion. He comes to PG Mid-South
as a highly touted scout. He jokes that he never met a pitcher that could throw
curve balls in any count that he didn’t love. His
motto as he arrives here in Tennessee is to “Attack Success”!
